It starts from these thoughts.
* Trial & Discovery.
- I wish to release news / information of iSeeToon as many as possible, so made official blog / youtube / twitter / facebook.
- But we are small. Even if I try, similar news released too often. People could get bored.
- Our news readers are limited, I wish to release it to bigger audience.
* More thoughts.
- How about releasing several kind of news, to attract readers better?
- How about releasing our news, through several kind of different newsfeed?
-> 'Sharing Promotion' could be good.
'Sharing Promotion' is like this.
- Banner & link exchange.
- Each members release news of other members through their own tool, as blog / twitter / facebook.
- Not just posting PR. More than small or slight review / preview / opinion.
Of course, 'Sharing Promotion' must be like this.
- Each members don't have to be in same market. Game - Music - Art, everything could be possible if each members understand & agree to each other.
- Even if in different market, they must have something in common. For example, 'Comics' vs 'Visual novel game with illustration'.
- Size doesn't matter too much, but 'only-1-post-in-blog-for-1-year' is not so good.
- It's not one-side promotion, sharing promotion. So each members must try similar efforts.
This is my basic summary of 'Sharing Promotion'. I made up my mind to suggest & persuade 1 brilliant indie game maker. I will go chat with him.
