Check this article - 'An introduction to Korean webcomics'

Manhwa bookshelf (branch of Manga bookshelf) posted this article, 'An introduction to Korean webcomics'

There are not many English articles dedicated to Korean Manhwa, much less for Webtoon. So this could be worth to check, of course.

P.S. : Just 1 thing. We Korean call it 'Webtoon', instead of 'Web Comic'.
